Most addictive show ’24

’24’ has been named the most addictive TV show of all time.

American shows dominated the chart, with drama ‘Lost’ – which follows a group of people stranded on a desert island following a plane crash – coming in second after polling 17 per cent.

Comedy ‘Friends’, which launched the careers of Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox-Arquette, swiped the third spot with 10 per cent, with sci-fi show ‘Heroes’ coming in fourth after gaining nine per cent of the poll.

1. ’24’ – 19 per cent

2. ‘Lost’ – 17 per cent

3. ‘Friends’ – 10 per cent

4. ‘Heroes’ – 9 per cent

5. ‘The Wire’ – 7 per cent

6. ‘Dr Who’ – 6 per cent

7. ‘CSI’ – 5 per cent

8. ‘Prison Break’ – 4 per cent

9. ‘The Sopranos’ – 3 per cent

10. ‘Sex and the City’ – 2 per cent

    Because I think if this research were made in the time that friends were still on I bet the show would be in the first position hehehe

  2. Yeah exactly! But the fact that it’s still number 3 over 5 years after it ended shows how popular it still is and was!
